To steadily advance the production of high-end anti-counterfeiting labels, ensure on-time delivery for customers at home and abroad, and continuously strengthen product quality advantages, the Production Department of Shenzhen Huaxin Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd. held a special production meeting for core production backbones.
The meeting first reviewed the recent production progress of holographic laser labels, variable QR code traceability marks and fluorescent fiber paper anti-counterfeiting products, and sorted out technical problems arising from mass production. In view of the stability of the company’s core patented technologies — rainbow gradient color printing and high-definition micro-text printing in mass production, production backbones exchanged ideas thoroughly. They discussed full-process control measures including printing parameter adjustment, die-cutting and finished product inspection, refined operation standards, and strived to minimize defective rates.
